To reset your password, you will need to enter an alternative email address and your cell phone number so the system can verify that you are the one requesting the password change. If you have already done this, skip to the next step; however, if you have not, go to https://aka.ms/ssprsetup and log in with your FCSL email address and password as normal. After logging in you will be asked to enter an alternative email address (non FCSL email address) and your cell phone number and the system will send you a verification code that you will have to enter to verify that you have access to those accounts.
After completing step 1, go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. Once there, you will be asked to enter your username (your FCSL email address) and then copy the security code on the screen. On the next page, select the I Forgot My Password option, choose how you would like to be verified (either by your alternative email address or cell phone number) and the system will send you a verification code that you will have to enter back into the system. Once the system has verified that you’re the one requesting the password change, you will be able to reset your password on the next page.
