The IT Systems Support Technician provides direct tier 1 and limited tier 2 technical support to the Coastal Law community and assists students in the computer lab with document formatting, school-related technology troubleshooting, and account problems. He/she will directly resolve tier 1 tickets, assign tier 2 tickets to the appropriate IT team, and follow up with end users. He/she is also responsible for supervising, training, and scheduling student employees. This position reports to the Director of IT.
