Bio

Professor Shannon joined Florida Coastal School of Law as a full-time faculty member in 2004.  He had served at the University of Idaho College of Law as an Instructor/Visiting Associate Professor from 1996-2003.  Prior to his teaching career he was an attorney at Helsell Fetterman LLP and was a Law Clerk with the U.S. District Court for the E.D. in Washington, D.C.
