All student groups are invited to take full advantage of our event planning staff to assist in the planning and coordinating of your meetings and events.  Please send us an email or stop by the office located in Suite 130 of the Oak Grove Building.  Typically facilities fees are waived for recognized groups although there may be charges for after-hours set up or tear down, as well as security.

There are many policies including the school’s Alcohol Policy that students should familiarize themselves with prior to planning. They can be found on the Policies Page.

Additionally, an exerpt from the Student Organizational Manual, Event Planning and Marketing, should be reviewed while planning your event.
