BACKGROUND

Prior to joining the Florida Coastal faculty in 2006 as a full time professor, Natalie Tuttle taught at Florida Coastal as an Adjunct Professor from 1996-1999 and from 2005-2006. Mrs. Tuttle has taught Lawyering Process I and II, Family Mediation, Civil Procedure, Trial Practice and Appellate Practice. Mrs. Tuttle also served as Florida Coastal School of Law's faculty advisor to the Moot Court Team and the Trial Competition Team during both teams' inception. Prior to becoming an Adjunct Professor, Mrs. Tuttle was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Douglas B. Shivers and Larry G. Smith at the First District Court of Appeal, Tallahassee, Florida While serving as an Adjunct Professor and the years between, Mrs. Tuttle continued to practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, actively litigating cases in both Federal and State Courts. Mrs. Tuttle's has also practiced in the area of Family Law. Most recently, Mrs. Tuttle, in association with the firm of Cooper, Ridge & Lantinberg, P.A., represented the Chairman of the Board of WorldCom in the WorldCom Securities Class Action pending in the Southern District of New York as well as other related state cases pending across the nation, with claims in the billions. Mrs. Tuttle is a Certified Family Law Mediator and has conducted over 400 mediations in Northeast Florida. Mrs. Tuttle also serves as a Custody Evaluator for the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
