BACKGROUND
After graduating from the University of Florida College of Law in May 2002, Professor Clement practiced at the Jacksonville firm Marks Gray, P.A. Ms. Clement primarily practiced in the area of workers' compensation, civil appeals, and general insurance defense. While in law school, Ms. Clement also served as an intern at the Public Defender's office in Gainesville.
