BACKGROUND

Prior to joining the Florida Coastal faculty, Professor Martin taught at Florida State University College of Law, Villanova University School of Law, and the University of the District of Columbia School of Law. Professor Martin was a Visiting Faculty Fellow in Baku, Azerbaijan and a Lecturer in Istanbul, Turkey for the Open Society Institute. He worked as a Senior Assistant General Counsel for USA Education, Inc. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
