BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Florida Coastal, Professor Baker taught Trial Practice and Advanced Trial Practice as an adjunct professor at the University of Tulsa College of Law from 2002-2006. She also served as co-coach of Tulsa’s National Trial Competition Teams. She was a litigation associate with a Tulsa-based law firm from 2002-2005 specializing in family law, bankruptcy and general civil litigation. Thereafter, she was a founding member of a small boutique firm specializing in estate planning and family law for the LGBT community. Professor Baker is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
