The tuition for the twenty-six (26) credit hour program is $575 per credit hour. This is a fraction of the cost of residential LL.M. programs. Tuition includes online access to library resources and to premier legal research databases, including Westlaw and Lexis. Other than the cost of textbooks, there are no additional costs and no additional fees. U.S. Law LL.M. students are able to network with J.D. and LL.M. students and "virtually" participate in on-campus activities, including listening to panel presentations on cutting-edge legal topics and joining student organizations. In addition, our U.S. Law LL.M. students are invited to participate in our graduation ceremonies.
We also accept students who wish to take only one or a few classes, but not complete the entire program. For example, our Professional Responsibility courses covers California law and helps prepare students for the California Bar exam. In addition, our Legal Analysis, Reasoning, and Communication course provides students with instruction and professor feedback on legal research and writing techniques and oral advocacy. This course is helpful for students who plan to take an MPT exam. Tuition for non-degree seekeing students is $1,000 per credit hour.
