Tuition and Fee Schedule - 2013/2014 Academic Year

 FALL 2013 Semester:

  • Tuition & Fee Payment Due no later than August 26 (Finance & Administration - Oak Grove Bldg., Suite 150)

Full-Time Students (13-16 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $19,550
  • General Fee: $1,078
  • SBA Dues: $47.50

  • TOTAL: $20,675.50

Part-Time Students (9-12 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $15,642
  • General Fee: $1,078
  • SBA Dues: $47.50

  • TOTAL: $16,767.50

Any law student registering for more than 16 hours is charged an additional fee of $1,659 for each additional hour. Students registering for fewer than part-time hours will be charged $1,659 per credit hour. All students are charged a general fee and SBA dues. A one-time matriculation fee of $103 is assessed at the student’s first registration.

The fall tuiton and fee payment must be received by Monday, August 26, 2013. A $50 late fee is assessed after that date. The last day to withdraw without any financial penalty is Friday, August 23, 2013. Financial counseling is available in the Finance Department.

Fall Intersession classes are charged at $1,659 per credit hour. No general fees and SBA dues are charged. If you are taking intersession classes and also taking classes for the fall term, your payment for intersession must received with your payment for the fall term by Monday, August 26, 2013; otherwise payment is due on Monday, August 12.

 


Spring 2014 Semester:

  • Returning Students:  Tuiton & Fee Payment  Due no later than January 21 (Finance, 3rd Floor, Room 391 or 392)
  • New Students:  Tuiton & Fees Payment Due no later than February 3 (Finance, 3rd Floor, Room 391 or 392)

For Returning Students, the spring tuition and fee payment must be received no later than Tuesday, January 21, 2014 and for New Students, no later than Monday, February 3, 2014. A $50 late fee is assessed after the above due dates.  The last day to withdraw without any financial penalty is Friday, January 17, 2014 for Returning Students and Friday, January 31, 2014 for New Students. Financial counseling is available in the Finance Department.

Spring Intersession classes are charged at $1,659 per credit hour.  No general fees and SBA dues are charged during intersession.  If you are taking intersession classes and also taking classes for the spring term, your payment for intersession must received with your payment for the spring term no later than Tuesday, January 21, 2014; otherwise payment is due on Monday, January 6.


Summer 2014 Semester:

  • Tuition & Fee Payment Due no later than June 9 ((Finance, 3rd Floor, Room 391 or 392)

Full-Time Students (7-8 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $12,376
  • General Fee: $1,000
  • SBA Dues: $23.75

  • TOTAL: $13,399.75

Part-Time Students (5-6 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $9,880
  • General Fee: $1,000
  • SBA Dues: $23.75

  • TOTAL: $10,903.75

Any law student registering for more than 8 hours is charged an additional fee of $2,080 for each additional hour. Students registering for fewer than part-time hours will be charged $2,080 per credit hour. All students are charged a general fee and SBA dues.

The summer tuition and fee payment must be received no later than Monday, June 9, 2014.  A $50 late fee is assessed after that date. The last day to withdraw without any financial penalty is Friday, June 6 2014. Financial counseling is available in the Finance Department.

France Study Abroad classes are charged at $943 per credit hour. No general fees and SBA dues are charged. Your payment must received by Monday, May 26, 2014.
