 Last week at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria, A Florida Coastal School of Law team advanced to the second stage of the championship rounds in oral arguments, ranking them between 17^th and 32^nd in the world.  

Congress recently passed legislation that puts an end to the FFELP lending program (the loan program we currently use at Florida Coastal).  All loans (Subsidized, Unsubsidized and Grad PLUS) will now be processed with the US Department of Education as the lender.  This program is called Direct Lending.
