The Florida Coastal School of Law recognizes diversity as a foundational part of its educational mission. Florida Coastal fosters a welcoming environment for all people without regard to race, color, ethnicity, identity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, disability, political affiliation, and marital, familial, or veteran status. This commitment to diversity encourages healthy conflict, personal humility, respect, and excellence in an environment in which all members of the community are valued. Promoting diversity through faculty and staff hiring, personnel policies, and student admissions enhances and assures a diverse academic culture, curriculum, and teaching methods that will prepare our students for the professional world they will encounter upon graduation.
