This site is not an official government site, but is compiled and designed by the Louisiana State University Library. It is a valuable site because it contains links to "quasi-official" agencies, boards/commissions/committees, independent establishments, and government corporations that would be difficult or impossible to find and access via the official gateways listed above.

This site combines a government focused version of the search engine Northern Light with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) archive of government information products. A single search will simultaneously provide results from the NTIS archive, Northern Light's special collection, and government web sites. The results from these three sources are integrated together and presented in both a relevancy ranked results list and custom search folders.
