Loan Data Systems: You can use the web site
to make inquires about your Title IV loans and/or
Pell grants. The site displays information on loan
and/or grant amounts, outstanding balances, loan
statuses, and disbursements.

Card Fraud and Identity Theft: THE DEPARTMENT
OF EDUCATION has created a Web site to help college
students avoid credit-card fraud and other forms
of identity theft.
Federal Student
Aid Ombudsman: The Federal Student Aid Ombudsman
of the Department of Education helps resolve disputes
and solve other problems with federal student loans.
