Tuition and Fee Schedule - 2011/2012 Academic Year

Fall 2011 Semester:

  • Tuiton & Fee Payment Due no later than Aug. 22 (Finance & Administration - Oak Grove Bldg., Suite 150)

Full-Time Students (13-16 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $17,651
  • General Fee: $833
  • SBA Dues: $47.50

  • TOTAL: $18,531.50

Part-Time Students (9-12 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $14,123
  • General Fee: $833
  • SBA Dues: $47.50

  • TOTAL: $15,003.50

Any law student registering for more than 16 hours is charged an additional fee of $1,498 for each additional hour. Students registering for fewer than part-time hours will be charged $1,498 per credit hour. All students are charged a general fee and SBA dues. A one-time matriculation fee of $97 is assessed at the student’s first registration.

The fall tuiton and fee payment must be received by Monday, August 22, 2011. A $50 late fee is assessed after that date.  Interest is charged at 1% per month on the unpaid balance. The last day to withdraw without any financial penalty is Friday, August 19, 2011. Financial counseling is available in the Finance & Administration Department.

Intercession classes are charged at $1,498 per credit hour.  No general fees and SBA dues are charged during intercession.  If you are taking intercession classes and also taking classes for the fall term, your payment for intercession must received with your payment for the fall term by Monday, August 22, 2011; otherwise payment is due on Monday, August 8.


Spring 2012 Semester:

  • Returning Students:  Tuiton & Fee Payment  Due no later than Jan. 19 (Finance & Administration - Oak Grove Bldg., Suite 150)
  • New Students:  Tuiton & Fees Payment Due no later than Jan. 30 (Finance & Administration - Oak Grove Bldg., Suite 150)
