Tuition and Fee Schedule - 2012/2013 Academic Year

 FALL 2012 Semester:

  • Tuition & Fee Payment Due no later than Aug. 27 (Finance & Administration - Oak Grove Bldg., Suite 150)

Full-Time Students (13-16 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $18,798
  • General Fee: $887
  • SBA Dues: $47.50

  • TOTAL: $19,732.50

Part-Time Students (9-12 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $15,040
  • General Fee: $887
  • SBA Dues: $47.50

  • TOTAL: $15,974.50

Any law student registering for more than 16 hours is charged an additional fee of $1,595 for each additional hour. Students registering for fewer than part-time hours will be charged $1,595 per credit hour. All students are charged a general fee and SBA dues. A one-time matriculation fee of $103 is assessed at the student’s first registration.

The fall tuiton and fee payment must be received by Monday, August 27, 2012. A $50 late fee is assessed after that date. Interest is charged at 1% per month on the unpaid balance. The last day to withdraw without any financial penalty is Friday, August 24, 2012. Financial counseling is available in the Finance & Administration Department.

Fall Intersession classes are charged at $1,595 per credit hour. No general fees and SBA dues are charged. If you are taking intersession classes and also taking classes for the fall term, your payment for intersession must received with your payment for the fall term by Monday, August 27, 2012; otherwise payment is due on Monday, August 13.

 


Spring 2013 Semester:

  • New Students:  Tuiton & Fees Payment Due no later than Feb. 4 (Finance & Administration - Oak Grove Bldg., Suite 150)

Spring Intersession classes are charged at $1,595 per credit hour.  No general fees and SBA dues are charged during intersession.  If you are taking intersession classes and also taking classes for the spring term, your payment for intersession must received with your payment for the spring term no later than Wednesday, January 23, 2012; otherwise payment is due on Monday, January 7.


Summer 2013 Semester:

Full-Time Students (7-8 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $11,900
  • General Fee: $962
  • SBA Dues: $23.75

  • TOTAL: $12,885.75

Part-Time Students (5-6 credit hours)

  • Tuition: $9,500
  • General Fee: $962
  • SBA Dues: $23.75

  • TOTAL: $10,560.75

Any law student registering for more than 8 hours is charged an additional fee of $2,000 for each additional hour. Students registering for fewer than part-time hours will be charged $2,000 per credit hour. All students are charged a general fee and SBA dues.

The summer tuition and fee payment must be received no later than Thrusday, June 6, 2013.  A $50 late fee is assessed after that date. Interest is charged at 1% per month on the unpaid balance. The last day to withdraw without any financial penalty is Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Financial counseling is available in the Finance & Administration Department.

Summer Intersession classes are charged at $1,595 per credit hour. No general fees and SBA dues are charged. If you are taking intersession classes and also taking classes for the sunmer term, your payment for intersession must received with your payment for the summer term by Thursday, June 6, 2013; otherwise payment is due on Monday, May 20, 2013.

France Study Abroad classes are charged at $943 per credit hour. No general fees and SBA dues are charged. Your payment must received by Monday, May 27, 2013.
