DirectAccess is a technology that allows your work computer to always be connected securely to our network when you're off-site. When DirectAccess is active, you can access resources that are located on our internal network that you couldn't access normally. For example, you can access our File Servers when you're off-site and DirectAccess is enabled.
You don't have to do anything to enable DirectAccess on your work computer. When you take your work computer off-site and are connected to the Internet, your computer will automatically enable DirectAccess even if you're not logged in.
