Coastal Card FAQs

The Coastal Card replaces the Coastal One Card and is the official ID for students at Florida Coastal School of Law.

The new ID provides access to the new printing system as well as merchants who accept Campus Cash.

Web and mobile cardholder account access and value transfer service, optional parent account access, on-line reporting, on-line administrative access and 24/7/365 monitoring.

You will have access to the Campus Cash, a network of more than 40 merchants and restaurants around Jacksonville accepting ID cards including Gate Petroleum, CVS Pharmacy, Sonny’s BarB-Q, Loop Pizza Grill, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Zaxby’s and Applebee’s Town Center.

No. To add Coastal Cash to your card you will need to either add money at the cash-to-card machine located on the 3rd floor of the Library & Technology Center or go to the Quick Add Value link to transfer money to your Coastal Cash account.

While your current print credit will be transferred over to the new card, your GSB account will remain yours until you decide to close it or remove your money. You can retrieve the funds you have placed in the GSB account by doing the following:

  • Go to www.onecardgivesback.com/FCSL and log into the site
  • Once logged in, request a check via bill pay or transfer the balance to a bank account. 
  • If you have any trouble with the site, call 1-866-400-8627 and the GSB helpdesk will assist you through the transfer process

Your current print credit balance will be transferred to your new card. Please note that any money stored in your GSB account will not be transferred.

The balance on your card is for printing and copying. Please note that the print credit is not real money and is separate from Coastal Cash.

You will need to load money onto your card in order to use Coastal Cash at Cafe Coastal, the Bookstore, and other area merchants.

For your security, if your card is lost or stolen, it is deactivated. Don't worry — your funds are safe — but you must get a replacement card at the ID Card Office, located on the third floor of the Library. The card replacement fee is $15.

Alumni cards are available to Coastal Law graduates for no charge. Please stop by the at the ID Card Office, located on the third floor of the Library, or the Help Desk in the Computer Lab to request your alumni ID.
