CPE: Do's and Dont's of Advocacy: Professionalism in Practice

Room 250. Join the Board of Governors, Florida Bar YLD Law Student Division and the SBA Professionalism Committee for a panel of judges and attorneys discussing how to advocate for a client in an ethical, respectful, and effective manner. The panel will discuss court room advocacy, pre-trial advocacy, and negotiations. Panelists will be prompted to discuss his or her concept of professionalism and ethics as it relates specifically to their area of experience. Each attorney will be asked to describe an ethical or professional conflict he or she experienced in practice and  how he or she approached the issue. Attorneys will be asked to advise students on how to be successful and professional member of the legal community. 

1 CPE credit.
