The Supreme Court just heard arguments in Chicago v. McDonald on whether the Second Amendment should be applied to the states, thus limiting the ability of states to infringe on this right.
Clark Neily took this case all the way from trial to the Supreme Court, and will be here to share his experience with the case and what it could mean for both the right to keep and bear arms in particular and the protection of other constitutional rights in general.
