BACKGROUND
After graduating from Florida State University College of Law in May, 2006, Professor Mulligan began her legal career with Mateer & Harbert, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. She practiced in a variety of areas including construction law, litigation, debt collection, and family law. While in law school, Professor Mulligan was a member of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy. She also served as a summer intern at Mateer & Harbert, P.A. and worked at Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, Bell & Dunbar, P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida, during her third year of law school.
