Background
Professor Braun ran his own solo practice for twelve years in Tampa, Orlando and Saint Augustine. Professor Braun’s practice focused primarily in Bankruptcy, Contracts and other Transactional Law related areas. Professor Braun taught pre-law undergraduate studies in Orlando for seven years, winning “Professor of the Year” in 2004. In 2007, Professor Braun began teaching LP I and II at Florida Coastal. In 2011, David joined the Academic Success team. Professor Braun teaches LSF I, LSF II, Transactional Drafting and Pre-Trial Litigation Drafting.
