Telephone Services
Phone Systems:
Telephone services at FCSL use Nortel Networks phones and the Meridian Mail voicemail system. The Meridian Mail access procedures and menu tree can be found HERE.
Calling Instructions:
- To call anywhere within the FCSL main campus, you need only dial the four digit extension of the party you are calling.
- To call a local number outside of FCSL, dial 9 + number. Jacksonville does not require 10 digit dialing, so use of the area code is not necessary.
- To call long distance, dial 9 + area code + number. You will then hear a constant tone on the line. At this point you must enter your long distance code provided by FCSL.

Hardware and line problems are usually addressed by a Sprint technician within 36 - 48 hours.
