On-Campus Interviewing

Each year we facilitate interviews for employers and students during our On-Campus Interview Program, both during the Fall and Spring semesters. We invite employers to visit our campus to interview, or via our state-of-the-art video-conference capabilities.

We believe our On Campus Interview (OCI) Program can be an effective and efficient way to meet your hiring needs, whether you are looking for law students to serve as summer associates or part-time throughout the semester, or for graduates who are available to work permanent full-time positions.

To participate in FCSL’s OCI Program, employers simply select an interview date and provide basic information about their organizations. Two weeks before the interview dates, the Career Services Department (CSD) will email a resume book of interested students to the employers for review. Employers then select students, online via FCSL’s Online Career Center, who they feel are best suited for the available positions. We then coordinate the logistics, including notifying selected students and scheduling the interviews.

This year our Fall On-Campus Interview Program begins on Monday, August 14 and concludes on Friday, November 10, 2006, with the exception of Labor Day, Monday, September 4 and Mid-Terms, Monday, October 2 - Friday, October 6, 2006

To participate in our On-Campus Interview Program, please give us a call or simply register on our Online Career Center, Easelaw, at www.easelaw.com/fcsl under the Employer Registration button. Once you have registered, simply click on the OCI Request Form button and submit your completed form to our Career Services Department (CSD).
