International Journal of Baltic Law

To the reader:

Welcome to the website of the International Journal of Baltic Law. This is a joint publication of Vytautas Magnus University School of Law and the Florida Coastal School of Law, in cooperation with the Lithuanian American Bar Association, Inc..

The International Journal of Baltic Law is an international scholarly publication which publishes articles and other scholarly writings or documents which concern law and legal issues in Lithuania and the other Baltic States and other countries of the "New Europe."

The journal is available through both HeinOnLine and the Central and Eastern European Online Library ( CEEOL).

The journal is American in form and spirit, and thus is hosted on the website of the Florida Coastal School of Law. Its law-student editorial staff is open to both law schools, and some of the articles and issues can be jointly published with the Law Review of the Florida Coastal School of Law. Therefore, on behalf of the International Journal of Baltic Law, I welcome you to its pages.
