Coastal Law’s Mar/Com Department manages the copy and images found on the school’s website as they relate to the school’s messaging and brand standards, including the course catalog, news and important information, and upcoming deadlines and events found on the online Master Calendar.
Online Event Calendar
Though Mar/Com manages the online Master Calendar, many contributors on campus, including department heads, committee chairs, and student organizations, are welcome to submit items for approval. Simply click the “submit event” link located just below the event listings to log-in through SharePoint. You will be asked to supply information including the sponsor organization and contact information, as well as the event time, date and location.
Events to be promoted on the calendar include: Academic Calendar dates; tuition deadlines and important FAFSA dates; school closure dates; school-wide symposia/speakers/events such as Barristers’ Ball, Law Week, Diversity Week, Alumni Weekend, and Commencement; daylight savings time beginning and end; and Career Services Department events.
Please provide as much information about your event as possible.
Be advised the calendar is only a vehicle to promote events. It does not guarantee room or equipment reservations, nor does it secure catering or event set-up support.
